Making common comfort food uncommonly delicious is at the root of what we cook in the kitchen. Impressing critics is one thing, but our goal at the Boerne Grill is to make every dish irresistibly delicious to anyone who tries it.
We make no compromises on any of the ingredients in our dishes. We use only fresh cracked pepper and kosher or a variety of sea salts. We use our own clarified butter-olive oil blend on the griddle. We use all white meat chicken and white albacore tuna on our sandwiches. We make our own vinaigrettes and all our soups are made from scratch. You get the idea!
