Since 1996 The Daily Grind has been serving the Texas Hill Country the highest quality coffee available to anyone in the world. This commitment to high quality has served as a foundation for us as we've grown in size and added to our product line.
On July 11 of 2005 we opened into our expanded area. Abandoning the traditional notion of cramming as many seats in a space as possible we have been able to make our shop incredibly comfortable and accommodating. From a popular alley way, we've tripled in size and seating, added a full commercial kitchen and menu to complement it. We've introduced our own ice cream made from milk, cream, sugar and eggs and use all natural ingredients in every flavor. Our baked goods are made from scratch from our kolaches or fresh baked cinnamon rolls for breakfast to our own spin on classic James Beard brownies.
